Member agrees to be honest when requesting an account or by placing an order. You are agreeing to be who you say you are, and that the information provided about yourself is true. You agree to be 21+ years of age. You agree that kratom is legal for you to obtain/possess and that it is your responsibility to abide by the laws set forth where you are or will be. It is your responsibility as the purchaser to know the law in each place you will be while possessing kratom shipped to you from DG Botanicals.   You agree that the name you are providing to us when creating an account is your true identity.

You agree that you will not consume kratom and drive or operate any vehicle, motorized or not, or of any kind. You agree that you are not breastfeeding or pregnant. Kratom is not FDA approved and is not sold to anyone for consumption. Do not purchase any product from this website if you intend to consume them in any way. 

Kratom products on this site are not intended in the diagnosis, mitigation, cure, treatment, or prevention of any disease and/or medical condition. All information on this site including customer reviews is for informational and/or entertainment purposes only and is not to be construed as medical advice. The consumer is responsible for educating themselves and making informed decisions. As with any product, do your research before purchasing. The buyer agrees to abide by all local, state/province and government regulations in accordance with the use of any products provided by seller. The buyer agrees that it is entirely the buyer’s responsibility to make certain that the products ordered are allowed in the buyer’s country of residence and DG Botanicals will not be held liable.

‘Buyer’ also states they are not a law enforcement officer/government employee. Buyer further states they are not associated with nor affiliated with any government agency furthermore nor are they ordering product under the instruction of said agencies.

The customer states he/she is aged 21 years of age or older and does not reside in any area where kratom is banned or prohibited. 

By placing an order, you the buyer agree to the terms and conditions stated, and automatically accepts all responsibilities.

DG Botanicals reserves the right to cancel any order and terminate any account for any reason.  We maintain the right to refuse to do business with ANYONE for ANY REASON who choose. 

You will also agree to this entire Disclaimer and Member agreement and all updates and amendments each time you place an order. You will have to agree before placing an order and have the opportunity to read this agreement and any changes made there at that time.
